In the 1930s, afierce fight was under way in Shanghai between Chinese and Western cultures. A young man called GaoRufa set up his shoe repair store in a small alley in the International Settlement. He was skillful and audacious which made his store never repeated an endless stream.

In that time in Shanghai, whoever the rich and powerful, their pursuit of fashionable life and quality and luxury were unprecedented. They advocated various westernized life, accessed to a wide range of social situations, so they wanted their dress more beautiful and comfortable, their jewelry more delicate and exquisite. Whatever in Cheongsam or western-style clothing, their requirements on shoes were not only fitness but also maverick. In the age that never lack of fashion elements, GaoRufa’s shoe repair craft gradually sublimate.

After half a century, his granddaughter returnedback from Italy. She had learned the advanced management concepts and brought back Italian most traditional craft - handmade shoes. She inherited the shoe factory founded in the early years by her grandfather and combined it with Italian handmade shoes technology. Chinese and Western culture is mingled again in this family.

SOLOPERTE was born from the Italian "just for you". Today, each pair of handmade shoes is made by more than 150 manufacturing processes, and it is still the classic continuity of the truth. Using the most advanced post-processing process, standard process of staffing and full-time QC, and stable established a shoe raw material procurement centers in the international market.
